Eric Wick has over 17 years of experience as a risk manager and business insurance broker at a large, nationally recognized firm, where he was known as a top producer. He built his reputation by going the extra mile to help blue-collar business owners manage the risks that come with being an employer.
Eric worked closely with his clients to create simple, effective safety and risk management programs to help protect them from OSHA issues and employee injury legal claims. More importantly, he didn't just design these programs. He helped put them into action, regularly showing up on job sites to run safety meetings, track attendance, identify hazards, and support his clients during OSHA audits.
After seeing how new mobile and video technology could make safety easier, Eric partnered with a few of his trusted clients to start Safety Team Technologies, creating a simple, automated way to handle safety training and hazard reporting.
